Can I return or exchange my journal?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return at info@eqminds.com.

Do you offer exchanges?
No.  Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

What if I receive a damaged or faulty journal?
Please email us at info@eqminds.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos and a description of the issue. We’ll happily offer a replacement or refund.
